New Hampshire House · 2027 Session

House Democrats have filed 109 bill requests for 2027 so far.
Some of them are crazy.

An income tax. A luxury sales tax. A 4-day work week. Rent control. A state-run health plan. Every one of these is a real Legislative Service Request on file with the New Hampshire General Court. We read all of them so you don't have to.

    What's an LSR?

    Where every bill starts

A Legislative Service Request (LSR) is how a New Hampshire legislator asks the legislature's lawyers to draft a bill. Each one gets a number, like 2027-0240, and an official title. When the bill text is finished, it gets a House Bill (HB) number and goes to a committee.

The full bill text is not out yet for most 2027 requests. So this site quotes only the official titles, word for word, as the General Court lists them. Co-sponsors are not listed yet either, so we show the prime sponsor.

CACR means a Constitutional Amendment Concurrent Resolution: a change to the New Hampshire Constitution. HR and HCR are House resolutions.
